At Specialppgifts, we take pride in the quality of our gift wrapping services and handmade products. This Return Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or adjustments may be provided.

2. Gift Wrapping Services

Due to the nature of gift wrapping as a completed service:

  • Once wrapping is completed, the service cannot be returned
  • If you are unsatisfied with the wrapping quality, please contact us within 24 hours
  • We may offer to re-wrap your gift at no additional charge if the issue is due to our workmanship
  • Photos of any concerns are helpful for our assessment

3. Handmade Products

For handmade gift items purchased from us:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused items
  • Items must be in original condition with packaging
  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective
  • Candles and consumable items cannot be returned once opened

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
  • Provide photographs of the damage
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us for defective items

5. Order Cancellations

Order cancellation policies:

  • Orders may be cancelled free of charge before work has begun
  • Once wrapping has started, a partial refund may be issued
  • Custom orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled
  • Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed

6. Refund Process

When a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • Bank processing times may vary

7. Customer-Provided Items

For items you bring to us for wrapping:

  • We take reasonable care with all items
  • Please inform us of fragile or valuable items beforehand
  • We recommend picking up wrapped items within 7 days
  • Items left over 30 days may be subject to storage fees
